1.Description
-HDD Drill Rod is a tool applicable for transferring torque and tension of drillers in the process of directional drilling construction. Due to the fact that it has to bear torsion, tension, bending, friction and vibration in the process of directional construction, the requirements for processing process are very strict.
-After laboratory tests, both ends of a pipe are upsetted and proceeded to overall heat treatment, then friction welded. Before finished drill pipes are plated and packaged, a series of tests have to be implemented including hardness, metallurgical structure, physical performances, etc. HDD Drill Rod is widely used in municipal engineering like mining, bridge, tunnel, high way, railway, hydro-power.

4.Quality Control
We provide the proper drill pipes (also called drill rods) for any horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects. The
HDD drill rods are compatible with Vermeer and Ditch Witch equipment. All of our HDD dilling pipes are made from high-strength steel available with steel grade G105 or G135 (135,000 psi minimum yield strength), so they can be used in extreme environments. We use state of art CNC machines and friction welding machine for all the threading and welding process. This allows our product to reach the industrial high level of precision and accuracy.
